HC to Pass Order on Revanth Reddy's Bail Plea

 Cash for Vote scam : Mahaboonagar TDP MLA Revanth Reddy,  Uday Simha, and  Sebastian  will be produced in Hyderabad HC  for bail hearing on Today 30 June 2015 .it's bail plea hearing of the accused was adjourned to Tuesday by justice Raja Elonga on Friday (June 26, 2015).The accused had applied for bail in the Hyderabad High Court, as ACB Court denied granting them bail on the grounds that they may tamper with the evidence. The Cash for Vote scam came to light with the arrest of Revanth Reddy for allegedly attempting to bribe nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson to favour the TDP candidate in the Telangana Legislative Council elections.
