I am among those brain dead,” said the former Finance Minister at an industry meet.On Modi’s ‘Make In India’ initiative, Sinha said, first make India and then the rest will follow. About his experience as Finance Minister in the Vajpayee government, Sinha added that the then government had brought down the duty on heavy equipment used for the construction of roads which helped the economy.
