Jagan urges AP Speaker to revoke suspension OF MLA Roja

Hyderabad : YSRCP President Y S Jagan today urged AP Assembly Speaker K Sivaprasad Rao to revoke the suspension of party MLA Roja from the Assembly . Citing certain business rules of AP Assembly and also Lok Sabha norms, the YS Jagan maintained suspension On MLA Roja for one year. It is against the rules and also illegal Jagan Said.

 The motion that was passed to suspend Roja was against the provisions of the Business Rules (of Assembly) and hence illegal and unconstitutional Jagan Said. Roja, a popular actress in Tollywood Cinema. was suspended for one year during last month's winter session of the AP Assembly for allegedly making unparliamentary comments against AP CM  N Chandrababu Naidu.
