NDA’s New crop insuance policy reaches farmers

New Delhi: National Democratic Alliance new crop insurance policy reaches to farmers soon. Today Union Cabinbet gave green signal to this scheme. Under this scheme crucial elements are that will bring down the rate of premium tobe paid by farmers. They  have to pay maximum of 2 percent of the sum insured. The rest of amount will be paid by Central government and the state government. Current premium of farmers is raging from 4 to 5 percent to crops. Home minister Rajnath Sing said that The scheme will create a security shields for farmers and will provide financial relief to farmers.  Crop inusrance schemes have been around since 2008.
