It is correct to remove BCs form list: High Court

Hyderabad: We know that The Government of Telangana removed 26 castes from Backward castes list. In this case a petition was filed in High Court. Today court conducted enquiry into matter and passed orders. Bench of High Court said that Decision taken by government removing 26 castes from BC list is correct. Government has full powers to remove or to add. Government may remove those castes which have no existance in State. Court passed orders in this regard.
