CM KCR invites Our President For 'Telanganaku Haritha Haaram'

Telangana CM  K Chandrasekhar Rao has invited Our  President  Pranab Mukherjee, for the prestigious ‘Telanganaku Haritha Haaram.’ The green initiative is scheduled to be launched on July 3 in the temple town of Yadagirigutta and the government has plans to plant 230 crore saplings over the next three years across the state. This move could increase the forest cover and greenery substantially in the state and also eventually raise the income of farmers. An amount of Rs 39.60 crore has been allocated for this initiative in the year 2015-16 and the planting of saplings will begin from the first week of July.
