Lakes to improve farm produce

Hyderabad:Telangana CM  K Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday said Pakala, Ramappa and Laknavaram lakes will be developed from next year under Mission Kakatiya . During the second day of district Collectors’ meeting here, the Chief Minister asked the bureaucrats to provide vehicle facility to engineers inspecting lake restoration works. He also wanted the officials to provide suitable rehabilitation package to the affected families. He directed the officials concerned to give the lakes with FTL marking and regulate the wages of workers shifting de-silted soil through tractors, he said. KCR also asked the Collectors to acquire lands if the farmers coming forward for the lakes restoration.
